My microsoft store wont update and minecraft wont open

problem 1: i just downloaded minecraft today and it says something like reboot or something, i did that multiple times and it still says that everytime i open the minecraft launcher. i think it has something to do with problem 2problem 2: my microsoft store wont update for some reason. it says before i shop (which basically means i cant use it until i update) i have to update, i update but the progress bar is not moving even though i have good wifi however somtimes it just wont download and i keep trying again but it still doesnt the error code is 0x8024001E.
