Error when trying to register YubiKey

I have tried registering YubiKey through multiple different browsers on a Window Machine though a Citrix VDI. I keep receiving the below error message despite going through multiple trouble shooting steps:"We couldn't verify your identity or you are using private mode. Please ensure you are not in a private browsing window and please try again."I tried the YubiKey demo site to make sure it was working and I was able to successfully authenticate on the demo site. Any additional troubleshooting steps I can take to resolve this issue?
