Help IPv4 connectivity no internet access

Help,I’m having problems with my WiFi internet where the WiFi works but the IPv4 doesn’t and it keeps saying “No internet access” and I’ve tried everything from resetting my computer (factory resetting) to using other Microsoft question helps and all but my issue is still not fixed. I’ve restarted my router many times and even factory reset but for some reason I still cannot get a valid IPv4 address. The WiFi works perfectly on all other devices and allows it to go onto websites and all except for my gaming acer nitro 5 laptop which makes no sense to me.
