Camera APP not working, but camera works fine on other apps like zoom

Whenever I try to use the camera app, it tells me it can't start my camera. I checked everything, drivers are fine, app permissions are fine, etc. The weird thing is that eg on settings and zoom, teams etc the camera is absolutely fine and does its job. It's just the camera app. I've tried pressing repair under the advanced option on the app, I also tried resetting the app. Nothing is working?The error code is 0xA00F429F <WindowShowFailed> (0xC00D36D5)?
