windows 10 What if you cant get into your microsoft account because it asks for verification from an old phone number

I keep getting a message that my microsoft storage account on my email is full. I cant get into the account because it requests two step verification and the snd step is using a phone number I no longer have access to. I have google one on my phone and that should transfer to my account if I could get in. How do I get in?
