Why my laptop doesn't produce any sound ?

i've been trying to unistall my realtek audio driver and reinstall the latest realtek audio driver, after i installed it and reboot my laptop, why my laptop doesn't produce any sound ?, When i check the device manager it seem the driver working properly but in reality i doesn't produce any sound? how do i fix this ?Laptop : Asus Zenbook 14 Specs : AMD Ryzen 5 7000 Series : AMD Radeon Graphics
