reinstall windows 10 but from free upgrade from windows 7 pro

Recently, I encounter a lot of BSOD's. After installing a new SSD, it worked fine for 2 weeks. After that, It started again with "Unmountable boot volume", it then worked for a day after a disk scan. And now again with "Bad system config info", it's in a loop, and the only way to fix it seems to be installing Windows 7 pro from disk. Is there some way to keep Windows 10 that I upgraded for free back then?Many thanks, Robert Glotzbach
