HP Laptop Keyboard doesn't work.

Today I put my laptop on sleep mode, not longer than 50 minutes. After I took my break I heard my laptop fan blowing up at full speed, I went to open the laptop it somehow what at HP startup menu, I turned off the laptop then turn it on again. After I reach the lock screen menu apparently the keyboard DOESN'T WORK. None of the keys are work, not only that the backlit doesn't turn on as well, I logged in using Windows on-screen keyboard from the accessibility option, I opened device manager then checked the keyboard option. The keyboard driver is still present, then I tried to reboot the laptop
