Closing app while shutting down?

Yo guys ive been struggling with this problem for already a week, so basically this problem always keep popping up everytime i shutted down my pc it always says "closing app" i did closed everything but everytime i shut it down it keeps showing the "apps needs to close"Pls help me i am afraid my pc gets harmed
