How to fix Minimun Runtime Issue

So I have had steam for a while now, and I haven't played games on it very much, but recently I bought a game from steam, and It downloaded. However, the main issue is when I try and launch the game. It says something about Microsoft Visual C++2022 X64 Minimum Runtime. And I apparently don't have it, so It asked me to download it, and when I tried, it wouldn't let me. So I want to know how to fix this issue. I've tried to download other Visual C++ files, but that didn't help, my specs and everything Is more then enough to run the game. Below is everything about my laptop.Device name LAPTOP-BPC
