Hi,I had to take a personal laptopt today to an it professional. Laptop suddenly experience blue screen, rebooted itself and since I completely lost access to WiFi. He has a look, said that laptop was fine but my windows account was compromised. Somebody took admin rights and able to change settings on my laptop. I'm only granted user rights.QuestionHow can I trace that individual?How can I regain admin rights?This is my own personal laptopThanks
