windows 11 Windows 11 tag drop-down list not appearing in File Properties Detail

The tag drop-down list is not appearing when I enter the first few letters of a tag in the Tags input box on the Detail tab of the File Properties dialog box.This behavior follows the latest update of Windows 11 ((KB5044285). I did a Restore System to prior to that update which was “successful” but that has not solved the problem.What I triedOn an MP4 file, I went to Properties | Details.
