Included with October updates, was kb5046400.All installed successfully, as per Windows update history, and when I check control panel/security and maintenance/ maintenance/reliability history.However each time I open Windows update, this item kb5046400 keeps appearing as a new update, and goes through the installation process again and again. Update history only shows a single update, and only the date it was last successfully installed. The reliability history shows all successful updates, and so far, 10/10/24, 11/10/24, 11/10/24, 11/10/24, 12/10/24, 13/10/24How is this possible?Is there a w
