PC blue screens but I don't know how to fix it.

So I'm not very good with computers, I'm okay with software but hardware language goes completely over my head.Someone in my family built my PC and it's overall been excellent, I try very hard to look after it the best way I know how. I check for windows updates regularly, scan for viruses often, I do driver updates when needed ect. I try to keep it as clean as I can (I don't own an air duster but I keep the fans clear as much as possible and dust off where I can reach safely)The other day I had two blue screen shutdowns within minutes of each other. The PC had been running all day perfectly f
