How to fix DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error?

Since Yesterday after Call of Duty ran Shaders, the game continued to crash with each match saying the following error, 'DirectX encountered an unrecoverable error.' I would start a Plunder game or Zombies game, and it would run fine but then it would freeze, and this error would pop up again. I tried reinstalling the game to even downgrading DirectX from version 12 to 11, but it doesn't want to. I checked and every driver is up to date and windows are also up to date. I deleted the App cache in Steam and even deleted Call of Duty's player file and nothing works. I changed graphics setting and
