Need help! I accidentally merged the Downloads Folder and the Documents folder while redirecting location from my ssd to another ssd.

Bascaiily what the Title says, I accidentally merged the Downloads folder with the Document folder while changing the location. I tried to restore to old back up and it didn't work. I tried going to Regedit but didn't see anything I saw online. Here is the Regedit where i saw you had to go to fix this but it looks different then the ones i saw online. Please help. T_T
