Screen freezes when clicked on About in Setting of windows 11

When I go to Settings\System it opens on the Display tab at the top of the tab list. When I click the About tab the System screen freezes. No other tab will open but I can close the System screen. However, the settings button in the start list no longer launches the Settings screen. Other tabs seem to work fine.
