This key is linked to my Microsoft account associated with an old email of mine. However, I no longer have access to this email, as it belongs to a company I previously worked for.Although I am able to sign in to my Microsoft account, I cannot access the BitLocker management options due to two-step verification. It states that I need to wait for 30 days to resolve this issue, but I urgently need access to my computer and data.
