How to recover a deleted word document

When I was doing some work it saved multiple documents and therefore I deleted the copy’s but all of it deleted. I tried to recover it myself by googling the answer but it only comes up with ways to recover on laptop and I’m on a iPad so it doesn’t have the same steps. There is no recently deleted for me to go on. I did save it to my files app as well but it’s also deleted it there and again same problem no way to access recently deleted there.
