windows 10 live kernel 141 almost all the time

i was playing a few games before suddenly this issue sneak, where sometimes the game would freeze before blackscreening, the fan would increase its speed before bluescreening, now currently have done many method to fix this laptop such as command prompt, /dism , factory reset,DDU reinstall of nvidia, FULL reinstall of windows 10 using usb and many more including going to a repairmen to see the problem of the laptop (mostly resulting in either cleaning or changing thermal paste which did not fix the issue), and currently, not a single thing works to resolve the problem. now i have check the r
