Fortnite uses and utilizes 100 of the CPU all the time

This only happens in Fortnite, it doesn't matter if I'm in a game or in a lobby, or what graphics settings I'm using (I could be using the lowest possible graphics and it will still use 100 precent of the CPU) this causes intense lag spike and I'm pretty sure is very bad for the CPU, again this only happens in Fortnite and not in any other AAA game I have played so its not a problem with the CPU
