How do i get rid of Game Bar once and for all?

I have jumped through so many hoops trying to solve the Game Bar Dcom error that floods my system event log. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and I have done a Windows 11 repair install. I have wiped Windows 11 and performed a complete clean reinstall and this error keeps returning. I want it gone! It will replicate the error in the error log thousands of times and has a very noticeable impact on performance. BTW I do not have an Xbox and have zero intention to ever have an Xbox so having an Xbox game bar on my Windows 11 system is completely unnecessary considering that both AMD
