Windows won't let me update. I think because windows won't update I can't sign into the Xbox app and install games. I've been trying to fix this for a while and it hasn't worked. I've done a complete reinstall of windows, didn't work and even tried to install windows 11 which didn't work either. Windows 11 said failed to install, I tried multiple times to install it. Additionally every time I boot up my PC it says "Please Wait" before completely booting up. Here are a couple screenshots.
