I bought a Microsoft Sculpt ergonomic keyboard/mouse from a third-part vendor (company name: CDW) in August 2022. The USB dongle is now defective and I can no longer use the keyboard/mouse. Is there a replacement dongle available for purchase? And where can I get one?Also, this product has a 3-year limited warranty. Can you please help with a resolution?
