PC loops booting to UEFI bios instead of Windows Boot Manager

I have an Asus Z170-K motherboard with only Windows 10 installed since many years, it worked very well. Yesterday, I left my computer ON for the night and this morning, Asus UEFI Bios Utility was shown.I tried to restart computer, to choose specifically Windows Boot Manager on Boot Menu but I am always redirected to Bios.I also tried to boot from an USB Windows 10 installation key to repair something, but all commands (fixboot, fixmbr, etc. can't work due to permissions). However, I checked my data are all here on my C: drive.I also tried to set some changes directly into Bios (disabling CSM,
