What would the best format be for youtube?

Ok So I have Adobe Encoder. Most renders take 2 hours to 1 hours, whats the best format for youtube? what will have decent quality for 720p?

I think you will find the format will not make much difference. What really matters is the quality of the video itself.

 

Saving the video at high quality is what really matters. Even wmv looks good on youtube if the video was saved as high quality. The file size will be larger of course.

 

Using a mpeg file will be much larger then wmv. Quite honestly I can't see the difference on my computer monitor so I doubt that it willl matter on youtube.

 

Upload a high quality file of any type supported.
