Can't get into Windows Defender

Hello,First off, I'm on an old windows laptop while my current one is being fixed. That being said, I went into Windows Defender and I got the following message (Note: both laptops are from two different companies. Otherwise, I don't have any access to IT for the old one). How do I fix this (Also, I don't have school or work access. This is a personal laptop)?:
