Why is my PC disconnecting from the internet shortly after startup?

My internet is connected when my pc starts up and works fine for about 1 minute, then it disconnects. After I reconnect to the internet, it stays connected and works fine. I've been having this issue for about 6 months and am finally trying to solve the issue.I'm on Windows 11 using an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor. My internet is connected using an ethernet cable.
