SFC has Found Corrupted files but can't repair them

I have ran sfc /scannowWindows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. For online repairs, details are included in the CBS log file located at windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For offline repairs, details are included in the log file provided by the /OFFLOGFILE flag.how am i supposed to repair this without affecting any files or programs on the deviceand DCIM also does not work and shows this errorThe file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.at the 3.9% mark
