How do I get my Taskbar back?

About two months ago, the Start menu and Search in the taskbar stopped responding, so I was unable to use either function (which I did quite frequently). About a week ago, I came back to my computer to find that the entire taskbar was now gone. I have spent the last week trying every possible solution that I could find on the internet, but with no luck. I'll clarify a few things:The taskbar is not set to Automatically HideI have restarted Windows Explorer (did not work)I have tried all of the command lines (nothing worked)I have tried uninstalling recent updates (did not fix)At one point, I wa
