Hi, I've not been on a forum before. I don't know where I'm supposed to post my issue and too scared to write it in the wrong place & be struck off!

Just look through the forum titles and pick the one that most matches your problem.

You won't be 'struck off' if you post in the wrong place, one of the staff will just move your thread to the correct forum for you.

 

Starting out on a forum like this can be a bit daunting, but don't worry.

We all started at some point and we're not that bad once you get to know us. :D

 

In a couple of weeks, it'll all seem so easy.

So just jump in and post your problems, someone will soon reply and help you out.

We are not like some forums - we are here to help :)

Don't worry at all about making mistakes - they are easily corrected.

Just post as much information about your problem as possible and we will take it from there.

Hi and welcome from me too, we are all here to help, not criticise. We all started off knowing nothing, and learned from there on.

 

As said, post wherever you think is the right place, it normally is for most folk anyway, and we will take it from there.

 

Just try to tell us as much as you know about the problem, and if known, the make, model, and type the problem computer is.
