windows 10 Laptop keeps freezing and crashing

Hi all, recently (probably after some driver updates), my laptop (Lenovo ThinkPad P15) started crashing and freezing every now and then and I am not quite sure what is causing this issue. I am mostly using a dock (Thinkpad Thunderbolt 3 dock gen 2) so the monitors (2 of them) go black for couple of second before they start looking for a new source, and then the laptop either connects back or goes to a blue screen of death situation...
