I have 8gb ram but 4,6gb of it is hardware reserved, how do i fix this?

This laptop that im using (Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ADA05), somthing happened to it that deleted windows. I redownloaded windows 11 and saw that 4,6gb of my 8gb ram was "hardware reserved". It was once only 2,1gb of hardware reserved ram. I only reinstalled windows 3 days ago, so that means this laptop had been collecting dust for over 2 years. Please help. CPURyzen 3500u with vega mobile gfxGPU: vega 8RAM: 8gb, 4gb soldered and 4 gb SODIMM (both are 2400mhz) and i am looking forward to upgrade the 4gb SODIMM to 8gb to get 12gb total RAM.
