How do I clean my drive? nothing seems to work

Hello, I am trying to clean my drive with an old windows update on it that's 8.35GB in space and it won't remove it. here's what I've done.-I tried uninstalling windows updates, and reinstalling them-I ran cleanmgr in administrator mode and tried to remove it-I ran storage sense, and tried to remove it that way-I ran sfc /scannow (which keeps finding corrupt files)-I ran the following commands in cmd with administrator privledge:Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /checkhealth Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /scanhealth Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestorehealthI'm not sure what else to do bes
