<Help i cant install minecraft because of microsoft store error

Hello pls help me so basically i want to download microsoft store apps and use the antivirus from windows but i cant use both. when i try to download updates, its still showing an error. in microsoft store it says: "the microsoft store update cant open at the moment, try again later error code 0x80070424.HELP PLSSSSSSSSSSSS i tried everything but it doesnt work. when i try to delete cache, it doesnt even have one in the folders and i just resetted my laptop, my laptop is an elitebook 8770w from 2012 i think but it should work right?????
