windows 10 Nothing connects to the internet except browsers

Hello, I’ve had this problem for about a week now, at first I was unable to use only one of the apps (riot games) and the rest just fine but now I am unable to use anything, not even windows update, examples of things I can’t use are: steam, epic games, and any other online game that requires internet to play. I’ve checked all firewalls on both my router and windows but nothing was out of the ordinary and resetting everything to default settings has not helped at all.This is an urgent matter as I am really frustrated and upset about it. I have tried resetting my network settings but it hasn’t
