My nvidia isnt working, it appears code 45

My computer usually uses the processor integrated graphics, but not with the nvidia gtx 1660 graphics card that I have, windows is fully updated and the card does not appear in the device manager unless it puts show hiddens and it reflects the following: Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45). Usually I have to turn on the computer, wait for awhile and then restart for it to appear in the device manager. Please could you help me, thank you very much in advance.
