Problem:Windows File Explorer, specifically This PC, opens on its own ~10 minutes (time is an approximation, and does vary). This PC also opens immediately at system launch. This has been going on for roughly one week. Happened after I likely installed a trojan, but I cannot say for certain.System Info:Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor 3.60 GhzSystem Type: 64-bit OS, x64-based processorWindows Specifications:Edition: Windows 10 HomeVersion: 22H2Things I have tried:Quick and Full Windows Defender antivirus scan. Result: nothing.Fresh install of Windows 10 (clean boot)Restarted File
