How can I have the on-screen keyboard display when selecting a search field using a touchscreen windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC build?

I am using an IPC that uses a touchscreen and have the "Show the touch keyboard when there's no keyboard attached" enabled. It would not be an option to use the OSK, being that it would need to be on-demand. The main application used is chrome-based launched in kiosk mode.
