Hello a I forgot password on my computer for a local account could you help me please?

My local account is connected to Microsoft account and I have changed it yesterday but I can't sign back in.I forgot the password and I've tried to restore it but only option on lockscreen is to restore it by USB driver but I have never burned it on a USB driver before I don't know what to do about it. It shows only this option with the USB anything else. I have also tried to change Microsoft account password but it doesn't work after because on computer I had different password. And cmd also doesn't work. Could you please help me 🥺🙏
