Icons on the Taskbar and Desktop are not showing.

The icons on my desktop and taskbar are still there but just don't show. I can click them and they will be highlighted and the application will open but there is still no icon. On the desktop I can still see the application name below where the icon would be but still no icon.I have tried restarting my computer, and am using the latest version of Windows 11.Any help is appreciated :)
