Bluetooth gone and troubleshooting is saying device doesnt have it.

so I recently discovered my Bluetooth stopped working when I went to play some music off of my pc. I don't use it much so I didn't put much work into fixing it at first and just tried a driver update and bios update in hopes that it would fix it ( I was also having a crashing issue when this initially started... bios update fixed it) but it didn't, I got annoyed and left it alone. fast forward to today and I tried a few other things like troubleshoot, (came back saying device doesn't have Bluetooth) downloading the factory driver for my motherboard on the msi website, starting BT related servi
