Cannot remove OEM driver causing in-place upgrade error 0xC1900101 - 0x30018

Hello,My PC encounters 0xC1900101-0x30018 and Windows update error 0x800f0805, I've tried to uninstall oem0.inf driver(following my post -- WaaSMedicService problem -- Issue found by :WinRETargetingPlugin) but ended in failure, Ramesh Srinivasan let me replace the DRIVERS hive by extracting a fresh copy from the ISO and running Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove NVIDIA drivers, but I didn't receive detailed steps until now.Please help me with a follow-up solution, if you have a better solution(not clean install), please share it with me. Thanks!
