wifi disconnects *connected no internet*

hiso my wifi keeps disconnecting it say *connected no internet* and when i run the troubleshooter it says default gateway not available fixed but this problem insists after fixing the issue the same happen every 5 minutes please help me as im a gamer and i need stable network
