Wifi network adapter drops periodically

This has been going on for over a year. The network adapter suddenly shows a code 10 error and no longer works. Following other's advice, I uninstall and restart the laptop. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn't come back for over 8 hrs.I'm using a Lenovo IdeaPad 3. This happened with the previous driver on Windows 10, and now Windows 11 (Home version 23H2) with Intel® Wi-fi 6 AX201 160MHz.I've seen a lot of people struggle with this, but can never track down a permanent solution. Plus, as it doesn't seem to be triggered by anything, it's hard to know if something's worked until it drop
