I am not able to access my personal vault.

For a short while I was able to access it off of the OneDrive website. That all of sudden stopped as well. It started with ONE DRIVE error code 0x8004db94. I then went to to the website and it now says "That doesn't match the alternate email associated with your account. The correct email starts with "".I went to the settings and unlinked my PC. When it reconnected, all it did was remove my person vault link from my pc. I can still see it on the website but I am getting the same error.
