windows 10 Sharing files on home (private) network using local Administrator account in lieu of Microsoft Account still not working

I have a desktop running Windows 10 (Computer A) and a laptop running Windows 11 (Computer B). Both have all of their updates, are on the same network (good pings both ways) which is configured as Private and are configured IAW this Microsoft support article...and numerous YouTube videos explaining all of the extensive configurations necessary to enable simple local private network file sharing. I normally log into both with the same Microsoft Account, but apparently those do not work for local file sharing. So, on both computers, I've created a separate User Account called 'Local File Share'
