when i try to load exe files instead of executing they are asking me to save a file the 2 applications i have tried are discord and medal(game clipping software) i have attached a screenshot below of what i encounter.The files that it creates are files with no extentionsas seen below wondering if anyone has encountered this before or knows what to do to fix this before i end up wiping my pc and starting fresh :)
