Why do I not have Microsoft Defender Antivirus on my windows ?

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing great.So my PC clearly have a problem, since I can't enable the Microsoft Antivirus defender, it says page not found. I watched some videos on youtube on how to fix this, some suggested to go to group policies and to do something in the Windows Defender file (or microsoft Defender file) but I didn't even find it there. I do not even have Microsoft Defender on my Whole PC. Help me please.
