I cant reset my Pc no matter what i do

I tried everything including:1 .Startup repair ( does nothing and gives message:"startup repair couldn't repair your pc, press advanced options or shutdown).UEFI firmware settingscmdUninstall updates ( when tried to uninstall updates, it didn't work and told me to reset pc from settings)System restore ( outputs error: to use system restore, you must specify which windows installation to restore. restart this computer, select operating system and then select system restore).2- I ran scn scannow command and got : not violations.3- ran the dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth4- Tried Reagen
